Tell us which page, what is wrong and, if you can, link the utility's current page or notice that shows the right rule. Utility staff and testers are welcome to write too.

About your own account or notice

Backflow Rules is not your water utility. We can't see your account, accept test reports, change a due date or stop a shut-off. For any of that, call the number on your notice or on your utility's page here.
